Small group coaching program for curious people craving true alignment between who you are, what you believe, and how you live.

What You'll Learn & Do *

Over six weeks, we will apply design thinking from Stanford’s d.school to explore values aligned possibilities for your life & work.

Weeks 1 - 3: Who You Are

  • Starting point: your life design mandala

  • Develop your personal philosophy of work and life

  • Follow your energy and find your “zone of genius"

  • Commit to a personal practice (e.g., mindfulness, journaling, yoga, hiking)

Weeks 4 - 6: Ideating & Doing

  • Get unstuck with idea generation via mind mapping

  • Design three different versions of the next five years of your life

  • Start prototyping: small tests of what a new path might feel like

1:1 Integration Session

  • Integrate your insights and move forward with a personal coaching session in June 2025

What’s Included

  • Six 90-minute group sessions with protected time for guided self-reflection and life design exercises.

  • A copy of Designing Your Life by Bill Burnett and Dave Evans. You don’t have to read it!

  • Notion dashboard with all program resources, including Lisa’s notes & quotes from the book.

  • A supportive “design team” — confidential community of curious folks on the same journey.

  • A personal mindfulness or somatic practice + we will practice together as a group in sessions.

  • Bonus: 60-minute 1:1 integration coaching session in the month following the program.

Meet Your Coach

👋🏻 I’m Lisa. In my mid-thirties, I walked away from a promising consulting career with no plan—no job lined up, no clear next step—just the deep certainty that my path was unsustainable.

Then I found a book called Designing Your Life and did every exercise. It gave me the clarity and courage to center my purpose in my career. I started with small prototypes and now am a certified Integral Coach.

Today, my coaching practice brings me joy and my daily life aligns with my values. I am honored to bring this transformational life design work to you.

FAQs

  • This program is for people who want to live a coherent life, full of purpose and aligned with their values. Life design can be particularly powerful when going through transitions (finishing school, new job, retirement, career break, returning to work), but anyone can benefit from this program.

  • Introductory pricing for the first cohort is $349! This includes a supportive community, six live group coaching sessions, a 1:1 integration coaching session, a copy of the book, and access to the program Notion dashboard.

  • Group sessions will be virtual on Tuesdays from 7-8:30pm ET for six weeks from April 29 to June 3, 2025.

    You will schedule your 1:1 integration coaching session to take place in late June or July 2025.

  • The group will meet virtually for six weeks on Tuesdays from 7-8:30pm ET. Sessions will be recorded in the event that you cannot attend one. Outside of group meetings, expect to spend at least 5 minutes per day on your personal mindfulness or somatic practice.

  • No! The beauty of this program is that you will have protected time to for guided self-reflection and the essential life design exercises from the book. You’ll also receive access to Lisa’s notes and favorite quotes from the book as a reference. You are welcome to read along, but it’s not required.

  • Yes! You’ll receive:

    • Spot coaching during live group sessions;

    • A 1:1 coaching session to integrate your insights from the program and move forward;

    • Asych support via chat and email throughout.

  • The group will be between 4-8 participants and will be facilitated by Lisa Van Dyk.
