Hi, I'm Lisa.

I worked for nearly 15 years as a fundraiser and strategy consultant. I've raised over $20 million for nonprofits and advised Fortune 500 healthcare companies on growth strategies.But it never felt “right” to me. It was in the margins of my days and the extra hours of my weeks where I sought meaning in tutoring, mentoring, coaching, and facilitating lasting change in others.Eventually, I gained the confidence to put my purpose front and center in my career: helping others realize their full potential.No matter where you are in life, there are so many possibilities ahead. I am honored to be on your team as you forge your path.
